Shand Stoater

In 2018, I read a review of the Shand Stoater in the CTC magazine. Shand Cycles is based in Livingstone in Scotland, and seem to specialise in handbuilt steel framed bikes, particularly of the off-road/gravel type. I was taken by several features of the Stoater that looked like it would make for a pretty robust commuting/touring/winter bike, and engaged in correspondence with Shand as I placed the order.
